Providing a bespoke kitchen to perfectly meet our client’s design

We incorporated in-frame, hand painted cabinets to our client’s specification, using Farrow & Ball Hague Blue on the island and Pavilion Grey on the perimeter.

Our client is a designer by profession and already had drawn up his own plans and had specific ideas of how he wanted his finished kitchen to look. We worked together to ensure the perfect combination of both design and functionality was delivered to the highest quality and expectations.

The addition of a utility room was small but perfectly formed. It includes essential shelving and laundry cabinet to store away ironing board and cleaning items.

What our clients say

At Truman Kitchens, we are accustomed to working with clients who need help and guidance with the layout and design of their kitchen space.

But for one client, the technical specifications had already been taken care of. Mark is a designer by profession so had already drawn up his own plans for how he wanted his finished kitchen to look. However, finding a company to deliver the perfect bespoke kitchen was not quite so straightforward.

Mark explains: “To be perfectly honest, I had already been speaking with another kitchen company and was on the point of signing the contract. However, as we were finalising some of the details, the price just kept going up and up. There were so many add-on costs that I decided, just for peace of mind really, to check out another company to make sure I wasn’t being overcharged.

“I had received a promotional leaflet from Truman Kitchens, so I gave them a call and Alan invited me along to the showroom that same day.

“What immediately impressed me was that I was able to speak to Alan himself – there were no salesmen or other middlemen – and he clearly knew his stuff.

“I had a great feeling when I saw the products – they were extremely well made and I knew straight away that I could work with someone like Alan because there was no sales spiel, he just wanted to create a kitchen which perfectly matched my requirements.

“I handed over my project plans and Alan worked with me to build a bespoke kitchen. The installation was straightforward, taking two weeks from start to finish.

“Since then, there have been no major problems. There have been a few adjustments needed to cupboard doors and when a fault developed on the inbuilt dishwasher, Alan came straight out to uninstall the plinth so that it could be repaired. The after sales support has been hassle free and there are never any quibbles.

“I have already recommended Truman Kitchens to several friends because they did exactly what they promised and genuinely cared about creating a well-built kitchen that met my requirements.”
